Interactive Data Visualisation For most people, a restaurant menu is simply a list of dishes and prices. For someone interested in data and spatial analysis, however, menus tell a different story: a record of how a neighborhood eats, what it values, and what it charges for it. This project explores menu pricing across New York City, with a focused case study on the East Village, examining whether the patterns hidden across thousands of individual menu items can reveal something meaningful about place.
